At markets, expos, and community events, participants can represent local businesses by distributing flyers and engaging with the public. This builds social confidence, customer service skills, and communication.

For those with creative strengths, there are opportunities to assist with copywriting and design tasks under supervision — including flyers and brochures.

 NDIS participants interested in promotional work can build practical skills through our Promotions Crew in Canberra. Tasks include folding flyers, packing catalogues, assembling event goody bags, and prepping for letterbox delivery—boosting confidence, routine, and job-readiness in a supported setting. 

 For participants interested in admin and tech-based work, there are opportunities to assist with admin updates, data entry, digital archiving, and general admin support—building practical office skills, attention to detail, and digital confidence in a supported environment. 

Participants with strong verbal communication skills may assist in supervised outbound call campaigns — such as community check-ins, appointment confirmations, or basic client engagement. This builds confidence, communication, and phone etiquette.
