Suitable for NDIS Participants
Step into real work with real clients — and in some cases, from the comfort of your own home. As a Promotions Crew Member, you'll support local businesses and organisations through genuine, hands-on marketing and outreach. You might be delivering flyers, handing out promotional materials at events, helping to create digital content, or supporting social media from home. Every task is purposeful, paid, and matched to your strengths. You’ll be supported by an Employment Support Coach who works alongside you to build your confidence, grow your skills, and help you succeed. Whether you're creative, outgoing, or just ready to try something new, this is a real job with real support — designed to help you thrive.
We’re looking for experienced, values-driven support workers to join us as Employment Support Coaches. In this role, you will mentor NDIS participants through real, paid employment in our Decluttering, Cleaning, and Promotions Pathways. That could mean guiding a crew through a client job site, supporting someone to complete flyer deliveries, or helping a participant learn the ropes of social media scheduling or customer service. Some jobs are on-site, some is in the community, and some can even be done from the participant's home. You’ll use your skills in a meaningful way, while helping others build theirs. Our model is structured, outcomes-focused, and built on mutual respect — and we’re looking for team players who are dependable, patient, skilled, and ready to be part of something amazing. If you have a background in light labouring, cleaning, marketing, or customer service — get in touch.
