We offer NDIS jobs for participants delivering real residential and commercial cleaning services across Canberra, including Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, and Belconnen. You’ll take on hands-on tasks like vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, and sanitising surfaces. Earn an Award Wage and guided by experienced cleaners as your Supported Employment Mate who are there every step of the way providing on-the-job training.

Looking for a creative, flexible job where you can build real marketing skills? As part of our Promotions Crew, you'll take on NDIS jobs for participants that support real clients and local businesses across Canberra—including Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, and Belconnen. Your supported employment job might include delivering flyers, helping at events, creating digital content, or assisting with social media from home. Every role is purposeful, paid at the correct Award Wage, and supported by a team that understands how to help you succeed—wherever you’re starting from. 

Be a Supported Employment Work Buddy

We’re looking for experienced, values-driven support workers to join us as a Supported Employment Work Buddy. In this role, you’ll mentor NDIS participants through real, paid employment in our Outdoor Maintenance, Cleaning, and Promotions Pathways. If you have experience with gardening, pressure cleaning, residential cleaning or flyer deliveries, or could coach a participant to learn social media scheduling or even telemarketing, get in touch. Supported employment roles will be ongoing casual employment attending jobs based in Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, Belconnen, and across Canberra, helping people with disability build confidence and job skills that last.
