REAL LIFE SUPPORT FOR ADHD & NEURODIVERSITY.
Insight is powerful. Implementation creates change
We help neurodivergent adults and carers turn insight into action, with planning, structure and follow-through in real life.
We work alongside psychologists and allied health providers to help you implement their recommendations.
Not therapy.
Not support work.
Structured implementation mentoring.
When you're supporting someone you love — coordinating appointments, navigating bureaucracy, and holding everything together — the pressure can feel relentless.
This work is grounded in lived experience of caring. We provide practical support and advocacy to reduce the load, navigate systems, increase inclusion and ensure you're not managing it alone.
Mentoring for adults with Autism, ADHD and other neurodiversity who want structured, practical support to make real progress between appointments and in daily life.
We provide hands-on planning, advocacy and follow-through so you stop procrastinating and turn therapeutic insight into action.
You’ve done the clinical work. Now it needs real-world follow-through.
We provide structured implementation support between appointments, with practical planning and advocacy in the real world.
Refer with confidence. You will receive clear feedback, so therapy keeps moving forward.
When communication breaks down, follow-through is inconsistent, or workplace expectations aren’t landing, tension builds — for everyone.
Effective inclusion isn’t just policy. It requires clarity, structure and practical implementation.
We help identify friction points, support communication, implement workable adjustments, and strengthen team dynamics — so inclusion and performance move forward together.

What do we do next?
Who needs to know?
How does NDIS actually work?
Where do we even begin?
This 4-week small-group workshop is designed for parents and carers and newly diagnosed adults who want structure, not overwhelm.
Over 8 hours, we work through:
This is not therapy.
It's planning, clarity, and practical follow-through you need to do after diagnosis.
You will leave with a documented road map and your NDIS application ready to submit.
This is practical work. Not just more information.
If you or someone in your family has recently received a diagnosis and you're unsure what to do next, this workshop provides structure and direction.

Ability Pathways provides structured implementation mentoring and advocacy for neurodivergent adults and the people who support them.
We sit between therapy and support work — turning clinical insight into practical action in real life, at work, and between appointments.
We work with:
If progress keeps stalling despite good intentions — this is likely for you.
Therapy focuses on insight.
Support work focuses on assistance.
We focus on implementation.
We don't diagnose, provide clinical treatment, or deliver plan coordination. Instead, we translate insight into structured action — planning, problem-solving, advocacy, and follow-through in real life.
this is where progress stops resetting and starts building momentum.
Common areas include:
If you have NDIS funding, services may be delivered under relevant Capacity Building supports or Finding and Keeping a Job, depending on your plan and goals.
Plans must be self-managed or plan-managed.
Sessions can also be self-funded, or your employer, where appropriate.
If you are unsure, we'll clarify options before anything begins.
Start with a short call to clarify what's happening and whether we're the right fit.
If appropriate, we'll book an Initial Consultation to map the next steps and create a practical plan.
No pressure. No hard sell. Just clarity.
Not yet. Our NDIS Registration is in progress. In the meantime, we can provide support for people who are self-managed, plan-managed, or self-funded. All services are structured under approved NDIS line items ensuring compliance and transparency.
We are based in the ACT, with sessions available in Deakin (Tuesdays) and Charnwood (Thursdays).
For advocacy support within the Greater Canberra region, we can attend relevant appointments or workplaces with you.
If you're outside the ACT, we work Australia-wide via secure video or phone.

Most people aren't stuck because they lack insight.
They're stuck because they're trying to carry too much.
Ability Pathways exists to help you think things through, decide what matters and follow-through in real life.
