Not at all. We’re happy to clean while you're out. Just let us know about access.
We ask that you please have basic cleaning products available in the home. If you'd like us to use eco-friendly or specific brands, just let us know — we're happy to work with what you prefer. If this is difficult for you, just let us know and for a small fee we can shop for you.
Yes, you can! We offer one-time cleans, weekly, fortnightly or custom schedules — whatever works best for your routine.
Life happens — we get it. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice and we’ll help you reschedule with no fuss.
Absolutely. We’re animal-friendly and happy to work in homes with pets or assistance animals. We just ask that any aggressive or protective animals be secured outside during your scheduled clean for the safety of our team.
Yes. We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. If cleaning is included in your plan under “Assistance with Daily Living” or "Core Supports" we can invoice your plan manager directly or provide you with a receipt for reimbursement.

Yes, we do. Our minimum call-out fee of $80 applies to all bookings, including standalone add-on services. This means if you’re booking a single extra (like a Towel Refresh or Oven Clean) without a general clean, the total must still meet the $80 minimum.
This fee covers the essentials — our travel time, equipment prep, scheduling, and staff commitment — even for smaller tasks.

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel your booking, just give us as much notice as possible.
Our goal is to be flexible while also respecting our team’s time and scheduling. If you're ever unsure, just reach out — we're happy to help.
We understand that some participants may have sensitivities to fragrances, chemicals, or allergens, and we're happy to adjust our approach.
If you already have preferred non-allergenic or eco-friendly cleaning products at home, we’re more than happy to use them during your service.
If you’d prefer that we supply the products, we can do that too through our Cleaning Products Package — just let us know what you need, and we’ll include it in the quote for your plan manager.
