We provide lawn and garden care, rubbish removal, pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, outdoor tidying, and seasonal clean-ups.

Yes. We offer flexible weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or seasonal schedules — whatever suits your outdoor space. 

Yes. We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants for gardening, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance. 

We service all Canberra regions including Gungahlin, Tuggeranong, Belconnen, Woden Valley, Central Canberra and Weston Creek.  

No. We bring everything needed — from mowers and trimmers to pressure washers and garden tools. 

Of course! We’re animal-friendly. We just ask that any aggressive pets are secured during the visit. 

Absolutely. You can bundle two or more add-on services into the same visit to avoid extra call-out fees and maximise your booking. It's the easiest way to get more done — without any hidden costs. 

Yes. Our minimum call-out fee is $80 for any private booking, including stand-alone add-on services.

If you book regular outdoor maintenance or bundle services on the same visit, everything is bundled fairly — no extra call-out charges.

NDIS participants are exempt from the minimum call-out fee when services are funded through their NDIS plan. 

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel your booking, just give us as much notice as possible.

• More than 24 hours’ notice?
  No problem — there’s no cancellation fee, and you’re welcome to reschedule or cancel completely.
   
• Less than 24 hours’ notice?
  A minimum call-out fee of $80 will apply, as we’ve already allocated staff and time for your service.
   
• Need to reschedule?
  If you rebook your service for another date within 7 days, we’ll waive the cancellation fee — no penalties, just a fresh appointment.

We understand that some participants may have sensitivities to fragrances, chemicals, or allergens, and we're happy to adjust our approach.

If you already have preferred non-allergenic or eco-friendly products , we’re more than happy to pick those up and use them during your service.

Just let us know what you would like us to use, and we’ll include it in your invoice.
