Ability Pathways is a supported employment provider for NDIS participants. We offer real jobs with award wages, on-the-job training, and tailored support through our Gardening, Cleaning, and Promotions Pathways.  When you use Ability Pathways, you're choosing a service that’s reliable, community-minded, and built to deliver — not just for the customer, but for the people doing the work too.

Each job is carried out by NDIS participants employed under the correct Award Wage. They work alongside experienced professionals — gardeners, cleaners, and promotional staff — who guide and supervise the work. This is not work experience. It’s real employment, with proper structure and support. 

Yes. We’re upfront about standards, and we stand by our work. Tasks are completed with care and oversight, and if something isn’t right, we’ll come back and fix it. We’re not asking for charity — we’re offering a service that delivers.

Ability Pathways is a caring and supportive employer that caters to NDIS Participants' personal needs like medication and personal care, mealtime preparation and assistance, on-the-job training and support, NDIS funded support and assistance.

No. Each crew is led by someone who knows the job inside and out — either a qualified tradesperson or a trained support worker. You can expect the work to be completed without needing to explain it twice. 

 Yes. We have full public liability and workers' compensation coverage, just like any professional service provider should. 

We’re based in the ACT and service surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we can get to you, ask us — and if we can’t, we’ll point you to someone who can. 

We charge a straightforward hourly rate based on the job type and tasks required. There are no hidden extras. You’ll know the cost upfront, and we’ll only book the job if we can deliver it properly. Quotes are free, and we’re happy to talk through what’s involved before you commit.
